Add Your Heading Text Here

Your domain’s nameservers tell the internet where to find your website and email. If your domain is registered somewhere else, change its nameservers to ours to use your hosting with it.

If you registered or transferred the domain with us, this is usually already done. Check under Domains in MyToolbox.

Change the nameservers

  1. Find our nameservers in your welcome email (or in MyToolbox under the hosting service).
  2. Log in to the company your domain is registered with.
  3. Open the domain’s Nameservers or DNS settings and choose to use custom nameservers.
  4. Replace the existing entries with ours and save.

How long it takes

Changes usually show within a few hours, but can take up to 24–48 hours to reach every network. During that time some visitors may still see the old site.

Moving nameservers moves your email too. If your email is hosted somewhere else (for example Microsoft 365), add its MX records to your DNS with us first, or submit a ticket and we’ll do it for you.
