1. In cPanel, open Manage My Databases or the Database Wizard.
2. Enter a name for the database. cPanel adds your account name to the front of it.
3. Create a database user with a strong password.
4. Give the user All Privileges on the database and save.

Your app needs four things: the database name, the username, the password and the host, which is localhost.
